Hello,
Try this 1
If you are having Windows XP SP2 then download the Service Pack 3 from
Microsoft and install it. Click on the below link and follow the instructions.
1) Windows XP SP3
2) Click on "Downloads" --> Select "Proceed with this download" and click on the
"Next" button --> Click on "No thanks and continue" button --> Download the
file and install it.
