System restarting when I'm watching videos in YouTube and in Fb

Hello,
My PC is restarting when I'm watching videos in YouTube and in Facebook.
It is also restarting when there is overload and more multitasks.The OS is windows 8.1 pro.
The system has
processor : Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @2.00GHz 2.00GHz
RAM :3.00GB.
Hope you will help me in solving this problem.

It's probably an overheating problem. I suggest you buy a can of compressed air and blow out the CPU heat sink.
