(urgent) Unable to read my WD hard drive on my laptop

Hello,

I can't read my WD external hard drive on my laptop(my computer) but it shown in the device and printer window and it make clicking sound and also i can feel the WD external drive is reading

When i try to click on the external drive icon on pronter and device window it also can open or access into the external hard drive.
