Display is black mode after showing windows logo

Hello,

bro, i am facing a painful occurred by my dell inspiron15 laptop. yesterday i was use it comfortably but when i got shut down it then it occurred this problem. i cann't shut down that only can in sleep mode. today i will try to open this but same problem shows in monitor . became black mode but showing dell logo and windows logo...
so , anybody can suggest me what can i do for this purpose .

Have you changed anything recently or installed any applications recently?

Consider performing system restore and see if the problem is resolved. You could also try Startup Repair if system restore didn't work. Meanwhile, consider updating all your system drivers and Windows updates (If available).
