Whats wrong in my BIOS

Hello,
When I boot up my computer the bois is not registering my Western Digital hard drive. I have to go into the bios standard CMOS setup and manually add it every time I boot up my computer. PLEASE HELP :(

You may need to change the battery. If the battery is low and you disconnect the PC from the power source when you turn it off, it will not remember the settings.

I did that and it still is not registering the hard drive.
