Hello,
I have used SNIPPY for more than 12 years and it's fantastic. Yesterday I started using a new computer and now when I go to capture a screen area the whole screen goes black while I have the mouse button depressed. As soon as I release the muse button the screen returns.
Can you help me get SNIPPY back - I love it!

2 possible reasons.
One is the system of ur new PC didnt support to run the software.
The other one is the version of Snippy u r using is dated.
For the previous reason, just run it as compatible mode. And for the second reason, update it till the latest version.
