display and back ground Closed

Hello,
            im having a lil problem with me windows live messenger window i cant put a display pitcure or my back grounds on my options it says the file you selcted is not a vailed image please choose another file does anyone know how 2 fix this i put a check in the box 2 add them but 4 some reason its not letten me

try to uninstall the software and then install it again.
this should fix your problem.
