Asap help restoring

my little brother installed (lionskinpack windows 7) and I am using windows 8 and the screen turned black and it wasn't working for a while so I installed windows 8.............but I want to restore this laptop to its original state(factory setttings) its a sony vaio sve15121cvb...........what can I do

hoping for a positive respond

It's possible that you reformatted the hard drive when you installed Win 8. Your recovery partition may not exist after the install.

even my BLUETOOTH is not working..................I want this pc to return back to normal
