Corrupted pen drive

I inserted my 2gb usb drive into my pc and it says "you need to format the device in drive E: before you can use" when i try to format the size reads 8mb and windows can't format it. i can't even recover my data. i have several methods like; diskpart,hp fomat tool, testdrive but nothing avails. i don't know what do now......
