Hi there,
Could you give me some more details? Why you can not put a OS? Please confirm that the hdd is visible in BIOS. If the drive is not listed there, check SATA connection. Have in mind that, if your laptop is still under warranty, you may void it by opening it. Contact the reseller to get further details.
