I have tried everything there is in my laptop and on line,and my speakers don't work.

Further checking again-sound device working properly and then sound device is disconnected. How does that happen and how do I get it to reconnect?

Looks like your a physical issue. It's either the cable or your usb port.

I suggest you see a technician

I am missing details here.

You have speakers but they are not connected with a cable ? Are they integrated ? Have they worked before?

I suggest you give more details.
