PC dose not boot

Tonight I went to turn on my PC the fans moved and the light on the power supply comes on momentarily but the drives did not boot up or anything, I noticed that there is a green light on,on the Motherboard.

im not computer illiterate but at the same time im not hardware savy

Hi Eugene,

Did you hear the post sound when started the PC? If not, there may be some hardware issue going on. There is a chance that the power is enough to spin the fans, but not enough to boot the system properly. Remove components from slots and clean the connectors. Put back everything and try to boot again. If you have two RAM sticks, try booting with just one.
