To shiva laptop won't turn on. Black screen.

Hello, what if you can't remove the battery cause it's an internal one? How would I go about fixing it, it's so frustrating. I hear the fan going so I know its on, but the screen stays black.

Have you tried to connect to connect to an external monitor to see if it's monitor or graphic problem ?
