Hello Sano,
Just an example of what you could do.
Say that you have a balance in sheet1 to carry forward to sheet2 . The balance in sheet1 is in, say, cell A1 but you need to carry forward the balance into cell B2 in sheet2.
In cell B2 in sheet2, enter the equals (=) symbol. Go back to sheet1 and click on cell A1 to highlight it and then press "enter' on your keyboard.
You will then find your balance brought forward to cell B2 in sheet2. To see the formula that transferred the balance, click on cell B2 and you will see the formula in the function bar. The formula should be:-
=Sheet1!A1
