Batch script howto- to tell me if a subfolder hasnt been created

Hi guys,

Basically I really need help, I have been tasked with creating a batch file that will inform me if a sub folder has been created every day. The subfolder is created inside a January parent folder which in turn sits in a 2015 parent folder so 2015 - January - daily sub folders.

Thank you for your help in advance, it's driving me mad.

can you please specify if this is a workgroup or domain environment.

although it can be done locally also.
