DVD/CD Issue

My CD/DVD will not read disks. I am getting the following message - A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

I have updated the driver and rebooted without success.

Windows has detected a problem with hp CDDVDW TS-L633R SATA CdRom Device.

Provides no useful information to fix.

Go to the HP site, and look for driver downloads. I am certain HP will scan your computer to see what hardware you have and offer it.
