PC quit working all of a sudden. Light is green on power supply. Here is what it does. When I power it up the fans will come on and immediately off and continues this process automatically. However if I remove the memory chips the fans will remain on and I hear the memory beeps from the motherboard.

Not sure what part is bad. I have two chips and tried moving them to different slots.

Tryed that. Probably the PS is next

try removing only ONE chip
