Hello,

I have a order form in excel 2008 that lists all my stock the unit price and the total price, I then have a Qty column, the idea is that when a quote is being created you enter the Oty (amount) of stock that a client requires and it works out the total price by simply Qty*unit price gives the total.

What I want to do is that when someone enters a Qty onto the booking form the Qty, Description and unit price appear on a template ready to print. As there is 200 items on the stock list and customers normally only have 20 items at a time.

Basically the booking form is like the following:
Qty...... Item............Unit price
1..........item 1......... £1.00
0......... item 2......... £2.00
1......... item 3......... £3.00

What I want to see is item 1 and item 3 appear on another sheet because the QTY is not 0 but I need them to appear in line 1 and line 2 so there is no space between them. So the printable doc looks like the following:

Customer Address
line 1
line 2
postcode

Qty...... Item............Unit price
1..........item 1......... £1.00
1......... item 3......... £3.00

Can this be done and if it can how? Hope you can help me.

Thanks
