Pc restarting suddenly

Hello,i have some problems similar, my laptop is LG , it 's suddenly restarted without making any massege or announcing, after that the blue screen appear with a message talking about Technical problems , and error like this 0x0000005do.. , please i want to solve this problem , can any one help me?

hi,
try to reseat your RAM, this may be causing the problem.
or it may be that your computer is overheating, check if all the fans are running correctly and the heatsink is clean.
