What do you mean by "lap top won't come on after power up"?
Is the machine totally blank screened?
Is there any activity at all?
Do any fans start up?
Are there any lights on?
Is the battery dead?
What did you do imediately before it stopped working?
Did you install anything new things?
Please let us know more of what is happening with the machine.

Thank u for replying!! & yes it will go through the start up process & after I sign in it go's black screen, the only thing I did was re install kaspersky anti virus which I already had.

Try opening it is Safe mode. If it opens do an virus scan removing anything it finds, and finally restart and see if it works.
If your not sure how to get to safe mode let me know what version of windows you have and I will get you there :)
