Laptop is not turning on

My dell laptop N5050 is not turning on....and I can't get the solutions of this problem...when I try to turn on my laptop it display turn into black and turn off and after that it itself automatically turn on but goes into black...this problems repeats again and again until I my self switch off the power and turn it off

Can you boot into safe mode? If it still hapens when trying to get into safe mode then try disabling automatic restart. Let me know which version of Windows you are running and I will direct you how to try these if you dont already know.
