Browser on my lappy not opening and site

Hello,

I am using a wifi connection. Browser on my lappy not opening and site but able to download through torrent for existing torrent. Other devices connected to my wifi network works fine. I have tried all the above mention tricks but not working for me. M using w 7. Plz make this thing work for me
