Acer extensa 4620z battery doesnot charge

Hello,

my acer extensa battery does not charge. the battery led lights orange for like a second, and the battery seems like it is charging but it then turns green and stops charging. yet it was charging very well before.
HELP me please

What about changing the battery?

The battery doesnot charge and now it is no longer recognized even when inserted.
