HCL Leaptop U39 Key Malfuntion

Hi my HCL Leaptop U39's Keyboard is not working correctly. ie. when i press e on my keypad it randomly works as tab and e it means when "E" is pressed it returns tab and sometimes e as well as the backspace key also returns ] and some times works as backspace... any external keyboard which i connect works properly.. is there any chance to have my keyboard work correctly or i have to replace it with new only... please help
