Transcend usb 3 expansion card error

hiii everyone i got a usb 3 expansion card which was working in awesome condition till yesterday but today when i insert a pen drive or hdd ,the pd or hdd glows indicating it detected but i do not get it on my computer neither on my system tray ......i have already done a system restore still no progress

I suggest you check the connection of the adapter card to the motherboard.
