Hello,
im having issues with this keyboard on a laptop, toshiba. the u and i letters are mixed up. those are the only letters mixed up..ive surfed the internet but no answers. im running windows vista....the regional settings seem to correct and set to US setting.

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard.
You probably have a hardware error and the keyboard needs to be replaced.
