CD/DVD ROM not recognize by my computer

Hello,

My CD/DVD ROM is not recognize in my computer after installation of Windows 7 Ultimate. Please help to resolve.

Did you verify that your hardware is supported by such O/S. Check with your hardware manufacturer and see if it is certified for Windows 7!
