Hi! Please help me asap!

I just read your tips and all but somehow it doesnt work. The worst part is, I accidentally uninstalled my ASUS laptop's internal speakers, like, the one that said ISU bla bla instead of the Realtek and I dont know how I can re-install it again since it wasnt the Realtek that i uninstalled. Please help me!
