Want to find a good GPU for my PC

Hi I want to find a good gpu for the new pc I am building but I see so many prices and speeds and I just can't pick one.I want it to be ONLY AMD and I mainly want to record and play games (e.g. Dying Light,GTA V) on the best settings possible while I'm recording. But I don't want to pay more than 350€. If anyone can find me a good gpu I really thank him.

Also what are the specs on the power supply? The wattage of the PS can limit what Video card you can use.

I haven't bought yet a power supply(I'll buy the power supply when I buy all the parts). And also:Motherboard:MSI 970 Gaming,Case:Corsair Carbide 200R Gaming case.(And I changed my mind so I don't care if it's nVidia or AMD) (399.21 U.S. dollars)
