Hello Bosvaibhav,
If the Windows wants you to execute the "chkdsk" command then you have to do that.
Go to command prompt and follow these steps:
1. In the Open box, type chkdsk D: /r
2. Click Enter
You can also try to extract your data via Linux Life CD.
