Unusable memory

Hello,
i have windows 7 64 bit and total 6 GB memory but 4 GB usable is shown in control panel/System.
advance option in msconfig is blank and I'm unable to change the parameters.
Please help

msconfig is not going to help you. This is a BIOS/motherboard issue. I suggest you contact you motherboard manufacturer for help.
