Shortcut/Keys in Excel

Hi! I'm Jen..I know how to use the Excel, however, I haven't use it for years now and my Job now is Secretary so I will be encountering Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc. I hope you can help me to recall the keys/shortcut and on how to use Excel easier & faster. Such as how to make a table fast, insert diff. graphs (pie, bar, line) , formula for date {e.g. how to be 15-Feb-2015} {e.g. =SUM (A1;B1) ; =AVERAGE, =DATE} and the like what is the use of these & how.
