Hi Tevin,
Could you tell me if you can see the manufacturer's logo and can you enter BIOS? If you can not, you may be facing some hardware issue and if you have a warranty, I recommend you to contact the reseller. Do you hear the beep sound on start up?

I also believe now it is a hardware issue, because when I click my power button my mouse and keyboard only flinker to show my pc has power but there after my fans run continuously and my pc does not load at all I have no picture on my desktop it stays in standby mood.
PC: HP Compaq dx7400 Microtower
Intel Core Duo: E8500 3,16GHZ
Is there no method/solution I could apply to fix this issue I'm facing.
