Hello, my name is Danielle can you please help me I have a prepaid phone it's a Samsung it's saying to many pattern attempt asks for my Google account  sign in my mom did it for me and I don't kno it and she passed away can you tell me how to clean my phone out so I can sign in I can't do anything. . Can call911 but it locked me out I have 3kids and need my phone bad don't have money to get a new one

I would love to help you, but you must be able prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
