CPU not working

Hello,
My keyboard light, mouse light is glowing directly without even switching on the CPU.
While trying to switch on CPU, its not responding.
Can anybody guide me whats the problem?

Hello,
can you hear fan sound in the cpu? lights in cpu?.. tell something more about the problem please..

No signal ,nothing and moreover fan s also not responding . So s there any options ?

Hello,
No signal, No fan rotation? Is your computer is laptop or desktop?
