1-Finish operation of application of Outlook Express.
2-go to the "start" menu and select "Files and folders" under the "Find" button.
3-Enter the value *.wab in the search bar and press the "Find" button.
4-Create a copy of the found file, type the USER.wab, in the address book folder.
5-Repeat steps listed in step 1.
6-Enter the value *.mbx in the search string.
7-Select the drive C:\ in the drop-down menu of the section "Where to look" and raise the flag on the line "Include subfolders".
8-Press the "Find" button and make sure that clear the path to the folder shown in the column "Folder". Finish "Search results".
9-go to "start" and select "Windows Explorer" in the "Programs"section.
10- Pass to the folder found earlier with the help "Windows Explorer ".
11-Rename the Inbox.idx, Inbox.mbx and Folders.nch files randomly.
12-Go to the folder with archived .mbx files in Windows Explorer and copy the file Inbox.mbx.
13-Paste the copied file in the folder with the previously renamed mail files by using the "Insert" menu, "edit" Windows Explorer".
14-Close Windows Explorer and open Outlook Express. Address book recovered.
