Laptop's Cooling Fan Strucks

I have Acer Aspire 4749Z and Its cooling fan i struck so it overheats and shutdown.
But After I open my laptop and open it,it strucked and I tried to move it, it moved and worked well but now it still happens.
I cannot do it every time L)

Hello,

have you cleared out all the dust that is in the fan?

if there is no dust then you may need to replace the fan.

Hello, my laptop also had the same problem and I asked the seller to replace the fan with a new one. Now the fan is working and I can hear it but my laptop still shuts down. Please reply! Thanks
