Can't use wifi on my laptop

The other day on my laptop I was deleting programmes which I thought I didn't need to clear up space, and deleted a few which I didn't recognise the name of, which I now realise was a bad idea. Now my laptop cannot even display the wifi networks available, and can only get a connecttion using ethernet or a VPN. I must've deleted something which caused this, does anyone know what it is or how I could get it back?

You can go to the manufactures website and download the hardware drivers. That might help.
