Internet stops working every few minutes

Hello,

Every few minutes my internet suddenly stops working for about a minute. It says that I'm connected to the internet but nothing that requires internet connection works.
Tried a Clean boot but it didn't work.

I have a samsung laptop with windows 8.1 64 bit.

I am inclined to believe that this is an issue with your service provider.

Give them a call and let us know.
