Cant get into my account

Howdy!
So my ex set the phone verification # to HIS for my Yahoo account and now i try to log in from a new laptop and the only option for verifi is a text or call ? I know all the codes and passwords.... but I still cant get into my account? Please help me............ Thank you,Bec
