Perhaps the hard reset option will help:
1. remove the battery and unplug the charger
2. press and hold down the start button for 45 seconds
3. replace the battery and charger cord
4. start as normal

Can you explain more about the booting process?
does your PC run post-boot (can you see the logo or the booting info) when you turn the power on?
