try this solution
go to the start>>run>>
write (regedit)
now
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIEN>>SOFTWARE>>MICROSOFT>>WINDOWSNT>>CURRENT VERSION
- press on the winlogon folder you will see a multiple of keys in the other side
-search for one " shell "
-double click on it and see if this expression is found " Explorer.exe"
-if it's not write it and save.
-now restart your computer.
