Hey ranjit1942. I'd recommend that you test the USB flash drive with another computer as well to see if the same thing happens. It would be good to test a different mass storage device (e.g. another pen drive or an external HDD) to see if it works properly with your computer. This way, you'll determine if the flash drive is at fault or something with your system.
If the flash drive works on other computer, I'd recommend that you update or reinstall your USB drivers to see if this fixes the issue.
On the other hand, unfortunately if you try it with several devices or computers and the same thing happens every time - it might be a faulty pen drive.
