It might be a hard disk issue.
Try the 0 key method for recovering https://support.dynabook.com/support/navShell?cf=community_forumt5/System-Recovery-and-Recove
If not working, then you might need buying a new hard disk.
Is the laptop under warranty?

you may need to consult with a technician to solve this issue....
see what he/she saying...
If the technician finished at low cost you dont need to buy a hard disk...
