You can't ! You must be a moderator or administrator.

Hello,thanks for your reply.But I have more questions on how do I be a moderator or administrator?If I'm not both,is there any other ways to upload the software to download?And I check some software,they have many wrong information,how can I correct them?

If you notice errors in software, you can report them in the "Bugs and Suggestions" section of the forum.

Hello,I just according to your advice to add the software,but on my PC,I can't do following steps:
1.Check the reputation of the official website thanks to WOT or MacAfee site advisor..
2.Analyze setup with Virus Total.
3.After verifying the legitimacy of the program:
4.Click on the "Download"
So if I can't go to the step on "download",I can't see the button "Add Software" (top right of page).

Can you send me a new guide?

I thought that you wanted to upload not download.
I have no idea of which software you are referring to.

Yes,I want to upload the software to this websites,but I comply the steps you give to me, I can't find the buttton "Add Software"(top right of page).Is there any problems with my computer?I also need your help to help me to how to find the button "Add Software".
