Router Reset

So i forgot my username and password and i reset my multiple times, but the default username and password won't work.
i'm not sure if i did it wrong or something.

Is it your router, or your ISP's router? If it is yours, there is a little hole on the back of the router, put a paper clip in the back of that, and hold it there for 10 seconds... the router should reboot, with all default values.

If it is your ISP's router, call them for support.
