Formatting of usb

Hello,

As you reply my question yesterday.As you tell me the steps i tried But my usb is not format . again it create a message "window can t complete format successfully.
I trying your steps that are as follow
Right click on computer
click on manage
click on Disk management
remove and add
and format
tell me please what i do

After performing steps stated in the above link... try to format your usb drive then... You will be able complete your format.
