http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/DR/201401/20140109154430138/Bluetooth_WXP_1.2.0.0.ZIP
this is the direct link to your driver
but you need to check if the bluetooth function is turned on or not before searching for the drivers.
on windows 7 you can go to the control panel and check if the bluetooth is disabled
also you might need to check if bluetooth function is associated to an external button check on the side of your labtop
you might also wanna check the Fn function button on your keyboard
you might accidentally turned it off so try using the Fn button + F keys.
how can I check that bluetooth is disabled??

what is your windows version?
if you go to the control panel can you find the Bluetooth options?
can you also describe how exactly is it not working?
does your computer have a (send via bluetooth) option when you right click on a file?
i am using windows 7 PRO version 6.1
there is no option of bluetooth in control panel
i am unable to use my blurtooth feature
yes it has that option when I reight click on a file

  • option -1

Choose to view the control panel in classic view.
Double click on the Bluetooth icon.
Go to the options tab at the top.
Then put a tick in the box next to Show Bluetooth icon in notification area.
  • option -2

if you did not find Bluetooth options in the control panel
go to this link for troubleshooting
Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth enabled devices
that file does not download

ok what I recommend is that you download the driver for your device, after you make sure you have the driver for it you can choose:
  • run the driver installer and choose reinstall or repair.
  • uninstall your device from the device manager, and then reinstall it using the driver that you have.
  • if you have your drivers DVD that would be much better
