Hey surya. Do you have any important data which you need to recover from it? I'd recommend that you try to open it via Linux Live USB/CD to see if it's recognized properly and recover your data or reformat it. If that doesn't help I'd suggest that you try it with a different computer to see if the same thing happens and with different USB ports (both USB 2.0 and 3.0)

Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Disk Management" will be opened. If you notice your pen drive partition
without any drive letter then right-click on it --> Select "Change Drive
Letter and Paths..." --> Click on "Add" button --> Add --> Select the
drive letter --> Click on OK.
