Hello,
i have problem with my audio.They say that the audio service is not working.and that on the services my windows sound is stopped but when i turned back and press start
plzzz eny help ???
but on my second oparation system on windows 7 it works perfectly with no problem but on my windows 8.1 i have the problem

Hello,

Try this 1

1) This issue is mostly seen with AVG antivirus moving the file to

quarantine. Restoring that particular file, will get your audio back.

2) Try to reinstall your audio drivers.

Go to your laptop manufacture's website --> Download the audio drivers

and install it.

OR

Let us know your PC brand name and the complete model number.
